He was scheduled to get physical therapy and he never once saw a PT.
The facility itself was nice, I never smelled anything bad, but they definitely need to fire the kitchen manager. She refuses to do her job for the residents safety. My mother was a resident for 5 months until her passing. The staff were very and attentive to my mother and our families needs. I had great comfort in knowing she was safe and every need was met. This facility was a blessing when I could no longer care for her at home.
